When one of our top producing real estate teams contacted me for a new website, I knew the site had to be content-rich and capture the elegance of some of Long Island’s most spectacular properties. I utilized full-bleed imagery, videos and icons to showcase the home, amenities and the location of each of their listings.

While the site needed to be beautiful and functional, it also had to be updatable long after the redesign. Utilizing one of today’s leading website builders, I customized this website on the backend using code and other workarounds to ensure that while it was easily updatable by their team, the sophistication and elegance was not compromised.

The custom-designed, 100+ page magazine featured current listings and past sales across Long Island’s North Shore. This magazine was printed and mailed out to thousands of recipients across the Tri-State area.
